The Bertarelli Foundation strives to act as an accelerator of projects and solutions for the environment.
The Bertarelli family intends to participate to this challenge with their will to create another tomorrow. The Foundation favors the creation of environmental players (including researchers, project managers, companies and institutions).
Over the past few years, members of the Bertarelli family have volunteered for various intentional and local organizations in the environmental field.
In 2010, the Bertarelli Foundation made a strong commitment by creating the Chagos Marine reserve in the Indian Ocean with the Blue Marine Foundation to provide private sector solutions for the sea.
In Switzerland, the Foundation supports “Nét’Léman” (Lake Léman annual cleaning program).
